The act of masking your un-showered body with deodorants and/or other perfumes/colognes. You aren't fresh, you're stinky fresh.

Sarah: (sniffing) What's that sme... oh, you smell good
Bob: It's because I'm stinky fresh

Dude, there's no time to shower, just stinky fresh and let's go.
