A very loud obnoxious female , typically wearing high heels and/or a lil black dress. Who when laughing while drunk makes a sound similar to that of a dolphin. They will often display the same sexual aggression as an actual horny dolphin. Very rarely will you find one alone , as they prefer to travel in larger groups on sidewalks in bigger cities .
"Man I heard those street dolphins coming from around the corner, we should buy them shots of fireball and see if they will dry hump us ! "
Refers to drunk young women making lots of high pitched squealing noises when walking in groups down the street during a bar crawl.
