On the scale of superficiality, that chick in Placentia takes the cake- she's a 10 and will never be happy. Someone who is SUPERFICIAL hides what is inside. They act like someone they are not on the outside, so that no one can get close enough to see who they really are on the inside. The act of being SUPERFICIAL can also really just be being shallow.
My boyfriend avoided deep conversations like they were herpes, and only stuck to what he knew, superficial conversation.
