When you wake up in the middle of the night from a nightmare covered in sweat.

Not exactly a wet dream, but rather a "Sweat Dream"

A nightmare that has as much a visceral aspect as a wet dream, just at the other end of the comfort spectrum.

I had a sweat dream. Geez, that was horrifying. Thank goodness it was just my imagination at work.
