Time to Answer. It is the amount of time it takes to answer questions about your organization. It should be under five minutes for key performance indicators.

Fred's T2A was way too long. Does he even know what's going on in his own department?
How are we supposed to get better when our T2A is so long for KPIs? We need a better system.
