Expression used when girls posting online try to gain more attention by stating the fact that they are girls even if it has no relevance to the matter at hand.
Tits or GTFO is used in a way to say; If you are going to use your gender to gain further attention on a board or comment section of a predominantly male user base, you are basically saying "I have tits, give me more attention". Therefore you might as well go all out and show your fucking tits or get the fuck out.
Girl: Hey guys, female poster here. How do you like this video/game/whatever?
Unfazed commenter: Tits or GTFO
An expression often used on imageboards. It is often heard when a girl posts in a thread.
Camwhore: Hi am i hot?
Person: Tits or GTFO.
Short for, "tits or get the fuck out", often expressed towards an annoying person who has attempted to garner some form of undeserved attention.
The recipient almost never shows their tits, nor is even expected to. As a result, the recipient almost always retreats without further discussion.

Expression standing for "Show your tits or get the fuck of".
Normally used to express that what a woman said or wrote had no intellectual value. Can be used anytime in an attempt to diminish a woman's self esteem independently of what she does.
When a woman post a Youtube video, haters will for sure comment "tits or GTFO" indicating that it would had been better if she had shown her tits instead of posting whatever she had posted.
Cry ofted used on imageboards when a 'noob' posts (usually an image post). It is an exclamation requesting an image of a pari of breasts be posted or the original poster should "GTFO" (get the fuck out). A derivation of the phrase: balls touching or gtfo is often heard when an image depicted gay men is posted on 4chan.org
