When something is certified brand new or fresh and you open the seal, box, pack etc.
A virgin can also be considered a "tear rubber".

Rubber Tears

After you smoked, obviously your gonna be high and your eyes are really watery. There watery as if you just cried, even though they look like they about to drop from your cheek, they’ll never drop.
