The action where, when someone is taking a seat, a person behind them proceeds to fist their asshole. Usually this is to the shock of the person sitting.

"Oh man, Rudy just totally gave me a Texas Hello in Math class."

"Amanda, Paul just totally gave my asshole a Texas Hello".
