Person 02: "Ever heard of the Aniverse?"
Person 01: "What's that?"
Person 02: "Before I explain: Let's first watch, an anime parody trailer, of Iron Man."
Aniverse is a place/thing that is usually meant for throwing away things that other people or yourself didn't or don't want, causing the place to look corrupted or random at times, like a folder of random things can be considered a Aniverse or even a novel with no real meaning
This giant Aniverse of mine is just full of random memes and homework, don't know where else to put it.
Term used to describe any of the different universes of animes, especially when you have a character from the series jump into a different series. Similar to the multiverse of popular movie, tv, cartoon series.
For example the popular anime discussion of what if Saitama from One Punch Man, was in My Hero Academia, or Goku from Dragon Ball Z/Super was in HunterXHunter, or Sukana was in YuYu Hakusho, etc.. the list of "crossovers" into the many different animes are endless.
Rooster teeth, Etoilec1 Animations (from YouTube) & Team Four Star's 'Cell vs' series are some of the best examples from current animators of such crossovers into the different aniverses.
"who do you think would win if Kanoh " The Fang of Metsudo" Agito fought Suiryu from One Punch Man?"
*Everyone in the room stopped at the thought of the epic battle between the two from their respective aniverses.
