The Bellavia curse

An old Italian curse that causes everyone in the vicinity of a cursed person to have terrible luck such as accidents with vehicles, bodily harm and money problems.

I saw Cindy today, she lost her check book in the store then got in a car accident. She must have the bellavia curse.
