When you listen to a song and don’t know how you feel about it, but you then find yourself listening to that song over and over again, until you fall in love with the song/artist

I first experienced The Carti Effect when I listened to Long Time by playboi carti. A day later it was the only song I wanted to hear, and was constantly playing in my head
