The MLP Effect is the phenomenon where MLP fans eventually end up somewhere on the LGBTQ+ spectrum.

Person 1: "Huh isn't it weird how most MLP fans I meet are trans?"
Person 2: "Oh that's just The MLP Effect it happens to everyone."
