picard

Out of the whole Star Trek series; He is the most wise, intellegent, and fair of all the Captains. He always listens to his senior officers' oppinions, and considers their information in his decisions. He is my ideal of an accomplished, and respectable man. His character is one of my role-models I live by.

No. 1 and Picard make a great team. The Enterprise has never had a better captain.

picardize

To change the ending of a minor-key piece of music to a major key, adding a Picardy third (tierce de Picardie).

One can loosely refer to music that already has a Picardy third ending as "self-picardizing". Some examples include the "Little" Fugue in G Minor by J.S. Bach, "And I Love Her" by The Beatles, "Roundabout" by Yes, and N.I.B. by Black Sabbath.

"The last chord here is D minor. Do you really want to picardize it, using D major instead?"
"Yes, Number One, make it so."

Picard

The recipient must have a bald dome shaped head (not essential but preferable). Must happen in a public place. The recipient kneels down in front of the crotch of the donor whilst he places his scrotum on to the head... as the balls take equilibrium and drop to make a hat the donor says โ€˜Make it Soโ€™ (optionally the recipient can reply โ€˜warp speed Mr Suluโ€™)

My bald mate wouldnโ€™t shut up so I gave him a picard
