One day my friend passed me back my lighter so I went to thank him but at the same time my hair got stuck in my zip so the words thanks and help were merged!

Thelping

The act of hitting an object or person repetitively with a somewhat soft, spongy object, e.g a rubber chicken, foam sword, or a cat.

I'd simply had enough of his dry jokes, so I picked up the christmas turkey and gave that kid a good thelping. I haven't heard him tell another one since.

Thelpful

Overly helpful to the point of being a nuisance or a hinderance. Being annoyed at someone when they are trying to help is a result of Thelpfulness.

After being offered a different drink option for the 9th time with my answer still being ''No thanks" - I told them they were being Thelpful and to stop.
