1. One who has the definition of a bodybuilder while still being as thicc as tree trunk from the torso up.
2. One who is both thicc and ripped.

Charlie: Yeah he's thicc ripped.

Charlie: Even though he has tiny legs, he looks like he's cultivated a lot of mass on his upper body while still remaining toned.
