Third mouse gets the cheese

an expression you say when the first mouse and the second mouse get into a fight. The third mouse waits until the fight is over to get the cheese from the winner.

"Wow, Alex. Those guys really fucked us hard in Snobby Shores. I guess the third mouse always does get the cheese!."
