1. A respectful or polite term to address non-binary folks, particularly one who uses they/them pronouns.

2. A gender neutral version of "ma'am" by conjoining "they" and "ma'am"

Person 1 (to enby): Excuse me, tha'am, I would like to inquire the whereabouts of the women who belong to the caucasian race, can you assist me?
Enby: Why the fuck do you wanna know where the white women are at... ?
