When someone goes somewhere without inviting or when you invite someone out...can be used as a guilt trip or replying to an invitation..also as you like...

Friend 1:"Hey did you see Chris post on fb that he was at the bar?"
Friend 2:"Wow tight invite"

Friend 1:"Hey bro I'm hitting up the gym...wanna come with?"
Friend 2: "hell yeah tight invite"
