Even though it's considered an App it does not deserve this status because Apps serve purposes.
It's a social media platform where people who don't question their life choices share videos everyone else would be ashamed of but they become pseudo-famous with.

TikTok is an app where you shoot videos for a certain amount of seconds and share it with the TikTok community. TikTok was musical.ly until they decided they weren't getting enough revenue, so they opened TikTok. TikTok rapidly spread to gamer girls and gamer boys and now they are making 'I'm already tracer' videos with a PS3.
Tiktok (App): "Maybe I'll be tracer, I'm already tracer, what about widowmaker? I'm already widowmaker, I'll be Bastion. Nerf Bastion. You're right, so Winston. I wanna be Winston. I guess I'll be Genji. I'm already Gengi. Then I'll be McRee, I already chose McRee."
