Tom Pickup

A guy who is generally great to be around, he is funny, loud and well mannered.
Grows up in a ruff part of a country but is surprising becasue goes to a private school.
Mostly likely not well off, have little money and complains alot about it.

Hey did you meet Jack today ?
Yeah, he seemed to be Tom Pickup, didnt he?
Yeah he goes to a private school you know?
Yeah of course i know what a Tom Pickup is.
