Truck Boogers

The build up of ice and snow on the fenders (behind the tires) of cars and trucks during winter driving, which eventually reach a state of mass causing them to fall off and litter the highways, etc.

After having had a bad experience experience in his late 20's, the good samaritan Buford would walk around the downtown shopping district kicking the truck boogers off of parked cars.
