A twinkleberry is often used in reference to a twink in a negative manner. A twinkleberry is often a young male, even a very young male, who maybe physically attractive (straight or gay) and is always trying to be the focus of everyone's attention. Often he interrupts conversation; is usually hyper, annoying but amusing enough that everyone puts up with his shit.

Twinkleberry, or Twink for short, also related to the colloquial name 'Twink' used to describe young, homosexual men. Thus giving 'Twinkleberry' a triple meaning.
