When a person has spent too much time on twitter or other social media and is unable or unwilling to understand long form media.
The issue often has a person judging longer works as a series of chunks, sometimes misunderstanding sentences or scenes as they aren't able to see how something can be part of a whole.
A:"This book is great; it agrees with everything I believe, check out this quote"
B:"You've spent too much time online, you've got twitter brain. When you read the whole chapter the author is clearly arguing the opposite"

The thinking process that results from using Twitter by which people can no longer engage in discussion without making extreme assumptions and personal attacks. Often coupled with the inability to think rationally and cognitive dissonance.
Guy 1: Brian just Tweeted that there is literally no way fraud could have taken place in the 2020 election as U.S. elections are to secure and anyone who disagrees is literally stupid.
Guy 2: Wasn’t he the same person that cried about Russian interference for the last four years?
Guy 1: Yes. He has extreme Twitter Brain.
