of exceptionally poor quality; unforgivable; disrespectful. used especially in the context of airlines.

Took my money for BUSINESS CLASS, the FRONT OF THE PLANE, with LAY DOWN SEATS, but gave me ECONOMY. $6800 ticket, yep it's a lot of money, but since they got the money, they no longer think need to provide the service. Where i'm from they call that robbery. Uncontenable airline, no scrupples!
