ADJECTIVE: the term used to describe an individual who has behaved in a manner that has fallen well short of vocational and/or social protocol. Also more popularly abbreviated as "UTB".

Antonym: over the top ("OTT").

Example: "You're wearing dirty jeans and sneakers at work? Seriously man... that's a bit under the bottom."

Phrase describing something particularly underwhelming; lackluster.

Antonym of "Over the top".
Has nothing to do with what's under your seat.

"His sales approach was so under the bottom that everyone in the room fell asleep."
