Used in conjunction with Uprunt. When someone or something won’t stop talking and you want them to shut the fu*k up.

Max wanted to root Emily and came over to sacs at 11:30 on a Friday night. Lachie was there witnessing the whole thing and told max to ‘Up the runt’
