The process of squeezing your index finger tightly against your thumb finger around the teat as an attempt to bring extreme pain to the mammary gland of a close male friend or male enemy (depending on the circumstances). DO NOT ATTEMPT THIS PROCEDURE AGAINST WOMEN (unless you are a women yourself)

My son was being a dweeb so I gave him an "urple nurple".
