Venmo Ghost

A person who will eat, drink, or smoke from a communal purchase but is nowhere to be found when it comes time to Venmo whoever paid for it.

Person 1: Hey, come through, we're getting pizza and wings
Person 2: Oh hell yeah, can I invite Mike too?
Person 1: Honestly man, Mike's kind of a Venmo ghost, do you wanna pay for his portion?
