Vitamin F2 is Fast Food. Chicken Wings and French Fries and a soda, Cheeseburger and French Fries and a soda, Chicken Wings and Vegetable Fried Rice and a soda, Fish Sandwich and French Fries and a soda, Pizza and Soda, Beef Patty and soda. Vitamin F2 should be taken in moderation and in combination with the gym. Aim for mostly home cooked food.
