A person that frequently substitutes incorrect words or phrases into a sentence, thereby making him or her seem retarded. Phrases such as the leaning tower of pizza, ovulating sander, bread and breakfast, carpool tunnel syndrome.

Dennis is such a vocabutard. He thinks his boss gives him French benefits.
