WFPB Vegan

A diet consisting of fruits, vegetables, legumes, starches, nuts, seeds, spices, sea vegetables, cruciferous vegetables, sometimes supplements (vitamin b12). Often accompanied by recommendations to get sun exposure and daily exercise. (Vegan- meaning without animal products.)

Peter wanted to try improving his heart health so he tried eating a WFPB Vegan diet.

Rebecca went vegan and soon after decided to eat WFPB vegan for her health.
