is a word used to describe something dumb, stupid or should be common sense to most people.

The word was coined by comedian Lil Duval after rapper Waka Flocka appeared on 106 & Park and when asked about voting he said: "voting cool bruh, but I don't really know much about it, but its cool".

Lil Duval started a trending topic with dumb things people do and says it means they're #WakaSmart.
