A hardened, colder form of water.
Did you guys see those water rock sculptures?!
Those were the best water rocks I have ever had.
A nerdy way of saying water with ice.
I'm so hardcore I had three water on the rocks last night.
When you're really not in the mood to drink alcohol. Instead you just go with a glass of water, or anything non-alcoholic.
Waiter: "Would you like anything to drink, Sir?"
Customer: "Oh, I'll just have Waters On The Rocks."
Waiter: "I see."

Rock Water is shit that does nothing. Its a natural remedy for anxiety but it is just water that dumb asses pay extra for. It has no side effects and you cant even get high off of it because its water
Person 1: "dude im really anxious right now"
person 2: "i got some rock water if you want"
person 1: "youre a fucking dumb ass, that stuff is shit that doesnt even work"
