A whipper whapper is the flexible rubber strip found on the bottom of most hotel room doors. It is often removed from the door and used to hit people who are douche bags.

An elementary school term for a long, sometimes hard object ( think a cord or souvenir pencil) that can be used to hit someone effectively.
