Wiggins private is a Hood in the south of sandy hill in Ottawa, On. it is attached to another hood ( Chapel crescent). A lot of crime happens in both these neibourhoods. Crimes which are mainly drug related or violent.

Mostly refugees end up here, and they don't know how to function in a normal society. Lotta somalis, ethiopians, djibouti niggs, etc... Some white trash too.

Wiggins Private is a street that was once very nice and violence free.
It has the best of two worlds location wise, as it is situated between a large park area and walking distance from urban amenities.
There is a very well maintained Housing Co-op on the street. There are Community gardens and bike paths, also plentiful buses and convenience stores close by. I have lived here 25 years and though violence has increased in the surrounding area, our street is still relatively safe. (Note: Wiggins Private is a street, not a "hood".
