Snot that ends up on your tie from a sneeze.Commonly due to tissue failure if a Kleenex is used or "blow through" if the hand is used to cover the mouth and nose.

Fuck! Why didn't smeone tell me I had a Windsor snot!! I've been walking around all day with this goober on my tie.
