Working less than Santa

When someone works little to no hours, slacks at work or is unemployed that person 'works less than Santa'.

"You have to pick someone to do the group project with, what about Matt?"
"Nah, working with him equals working in singleplayer, he works less than Santa Claus"

"I haven't seen him work a day in his life, he works less than Santa"

"Since the accident, he has been working less than Santa"
