A wrank ass is a person who flexes on a highger level. Someone who promises to do something for you and they shit on you. Someone who doesn't follow thru with what they originally said.

Enrique: "Hey, Matthew! You see that wrank ass nigga?"

Matthew: "Yeah, whose he?"

Enrique: "My ex boss who only paid me $200 for 3 days work"
