Possibly the most annoying fucking thing anyone can say. It has became popular in younger groups such as sixth graders. But people say it in their annoyingest voices and are usually incredibly obnoxious.
"Yea buddy!" someone may say after any sentence.
To ask a friend for a beer. Normally screamed very loud so that he knows you REAAAALLLLYY need a beer now.
Glup, glup. Crap I'm out of beer.
"Yea Buddy!!"
