A phrase commonly used by excited African Americans, or wanna-be white girls who are trying to feel special. Yee yee yee is an exclamation and statement of purpose. You are stating that your purpose in life is to live for excitement and danger.

An exclamation used by hunters, fishers and other country folk when just about anything happens. It's used under any circumstances usually with the phrase "live action" added in before. Hunters will occasionally raise their guns in the air to exclaim a yee yee.
(Yee may be repeated more than twice if appropriate.)
Hunter: let's head out, yee yee!!
Fisher: I got a fish on the line yee yee!
Country bumpkin: mama made apple pie yee yee!
Turtleman: live action yee yee!

A really really whack haircut. You use this in situations where a loc won't let you come up in his crib, for example.

Yee Yee is when you wake up, puts a good dips in, cracks a cold one, climb the windmill, rattle for bucks, shoot the gun, fish for bass (and cats), fix the tree, rope stuff... whittle a good stick!

Yee yee is the term used when a southerner is excited. Can be used as a war cry. These are the kind of people you want in your group do to the fact that they will risk it all for the fun of the party or to protect those who need it.

A yee yee is another term for a country hick, or a hillbilly. These southern bumpkins are enthused by hunting, horses, meat, trucks, and beer. Can usually be identified by cowboy hats, boots, and camo.
Willie is such a yee yee, huntin ducks and drivin trucks.
