Yon Yonsoning

Re-using the same word / phrase over and over again until it dies, but continues using the word / phrase anyway.

A person who is a "Yon Yonson" is usually hated by the community

That guy is "Yon Yonsoning", its so annoying.
That guy is such a "Yon Yonson", always saying the same thing over and over again.
