Step 1. Woman assumes crab-walk position to look like a table
Step 2. Prepare a steamy… mocha and place it on the woman’s naval
Step 3. The woman gives the man a slobbery as fuck blow job
Step 4. When the man is ready, he climaxes into the steamy mocha and then proceeds to stir said coffee with his third member
