Zen farting

A particular manner of passing gas that encourages the farter to “step into the fart” with a sense of openness and joy while remaining emotionally detached from the experience itself.

I watched in wonder as my handsome husband deftly demonstrated some especially incredible moments of Zen farting for our rabbits and me immediately after we sold our motorcycles.
