1. A black person who is trying their best to please white people

2. A black person who is acting performatively or foolishly in a way that reinforces black stereotypes

3. A black person that is playing in to the white hierarchy simply because it benefits them, thereby making themselves look like a fool

4. A minstrel archetype character first introduced in the mid-19th century. He is defined by his overly grandiose speech pattern and his use of paranomasia & malapropism, which undermine his attempt to appear "high-society."
