Aging out is American popular culture vernacular used to describe anytime a youth leaves a formal system of care designed to provide services below a certain age level. There are a variety of applications of the phrase throughout the youth development field.

Age out is defined as someone young doing an event, class, activity, that's is meant for or done by older people than themselves

All you muddle-aged guys out there

Da actual mental state of Red Green's main audience (you know who **you** are!) who listens to his "sage wisdom and witty revelations" lectures.

I'd like to talk to all you muddle-aged guys out there --- if you get college certification but all of your prospective employers just roll their eyes at your so-called "qualifications", just tell them that you do everything that Red Green says, and that'll PROVE that you're certifiable!
