A type of person who has nothing better to do than to peruse your ammunition offerings, complain about the ammo you don't have, then blame it on some form of government conspiracy to keep them down.

Co-Worker: "What the fuck is that guy's problem?"

You: "That's that ammo clown that has nothing better to do but bitch and moan."

Co-Worker: "He needs to get a life or at least a new hobby."

You: "He needs to get a job and leave me the fuck alone before I hurt him."
