The sexual act of securely fitting one's right foot up the anus of a lover. Term derived from both the substance transferred from the toe to the anus, and from the act of forcing the toe into the anus, itself.

I tend to avoid confrontation, so instead of breaking up with my girl, I just spun her around, gave her the old anal toejam and sent her packing. Needless to say, she got the message.
