apolojustification n. ( v. apolojustify )

1 A statement or part of a statement in speech or in writing, which contains both an apology and a justification, in reference the same thing.

2 A statement or part of a statement in speech or in writing, which contains both a mea culpa and a placing of blame on the person to whom the mea culpa is directed.

1 The only apolojustification I can offer is that I'm sorry for robbing you, but society had treated me better, I wouldn't have needed to do it.
