Yelling "fuck" without warning at the top of your lungs in a public place resulting in silent stares by all those in earshot. Usually a result of a sudden unexpected anger, pain, or other emotion.

Dropper: FUCK!
Innocent bystander: That fucker just dropped an atomic f-bomb!
