Baba O'Riley

A synth-driven song from The Who's album "Who's Next", 1971, one of the best albums ever.

It Rocks.

Don't listen to any of the covers, they're all shit (Nirvana, Pearl Jam), the only one worth listening to is by THE WHO.

Out here in the fields
I fight for my meals
I get my back into my living
I don’t need to fight
To prove I’m right
I don’t need to be forgiven

Don’t cry
Don’t raise your eye
It’s only teenage wasteland

Sally ,take my hand
Travel south crossland
Put out the fire
Don’t look past my shoulder
The exodus is here
The happy ones are near
Let’s get together
Before we get much older

Teenage wasteland
It’s only teenage wasteland
Teenage wasteland
Oh, oh
Teenage wasteland
They’re all wasted!

Baba O'Riley

The 1971 smash hit by The Who. One of the first songs to use a synthesizer as a lead instrument.

One of the most epic songs in existence to this date, not even beaten out by "Don't Stop Believin'", by Journey.

Often called "Teenage Wasteland" because of the lyrics.

I put on my headphones and played Baba O'Riley on my walkman as I walked away from high school, never to return. Teenage wasteland indeed.

Baba O'Riley

An awesome song performed and written by The Who. It was probably the first hit song to use a synthesizer as the lead. Also, it's a song that a lot of poser/morons call "Teenage Wasteland."

(Radio is playing Baba O'Riley)
Stupid Kid: OMG I LOVE TEENAGE WASTELAND!

Baba O'Riley

Theme song to CSI: NY, CBS's latest CSI: spinoff. All three shows's themes are by The WHO.

The theme song to CSI: New York is Baba O'Riley.
